Vacation

Vacation was awesome. We get quite a bit of sun in Denver, but there's just something different about being in the sunshine at the beach! Some warm weather and family time is always good for the soul.

Hey Everyone! Yes, I know its been forever since I've posted on here. Rather than make excuses I'm just going to start in with the photos.

Nathan loves the snow! And it helps when the temperature is 55 degrees so you don't have to worry as much about bundling them up.

Santa Visit

Well, Nathan's visit with Santa this year did not go so well. He's wasn't such a fan.

Fall Days

Nathan has become quite the climber. He loves to climb into his toy box, the laundry basket, and any drawer he can get too.

Zoo Day

It was a beautiful day in Colorado so we decided to take Nathan to the zoo today! We figured it would be cold and snowy soon so we'd better take advantage while we can. We went in the late afternoon and most of the animals were out and about because it was feeding time. Best zoo experience in a long time!

Bears....we hope we never run into one of these out in the mountains.


Nathan liked the gorillas....he was ready to jump into the cage with them. Or maybe that was because they were getting a snack at the time.

The zoo had three baby giraffes. The littlest one that is standing is 10 days old!! I wish we would have gone when the giraffe was pregnant....I think that would have been interesting to see.


Nathan wouldn't take his eyes off the Kimono Dragon for even a second. Evidently the dragon thought it would be good to keep an eye on Nathan too.

Look at the crocodile on the left. It's a good thing these animals are behind glass or I think it might have come after Nathan's snack cup......that would be one heck of a fight.
